Purpose and Scope of Information Collection
The main data collected on the InCard website includes: email, phone number, username, login password, customer address (member). This information is required by InCard when members register to use the service and for InCard to contact and confirm when customers register to use the service on the website to ensure the rights of consumers.
During the payment transaction process on the InCard website, we only store detailed information about the member's paid orders, information about the member's bank account number will not be stored.
Members will be solely responsible for the security and storage of all activities using the service under their registered name, password, and email address. In addition, members are responsible for promptly notifying the InCard website of any illegal use, abuse, security breaches, storage of usernames and passwords by third parties for timely resolution.
Scope of Information Use
The company uses the information provided by members to:
Provide services to members;
Deliver goods to the address provided by the purchasing member;
Send advertising and promotional information if the member agrees to this term during registration;
Send notifications about information exchange activities between members and the InCard website;
Prevent activities that destroy member accounts or impersonate members;
Contact and resolve issues with members in special cases;
Not use members' personal information for any purpose other than confirmation and contact related to transactions at InCard;
In case of legal requirements: The company is responsible for cooperating to provide members' personal information at the request of judicial authorities, including: The Procuracy, Court, and Police agency investigating violations of any law by the customer. In addition, no one has the right to infringe on the personal information of members.
Information Storage Time
Members' personal data will be stored until there is a request for cancellation or the member logs in and performs the cancellation. In all other cases, members' personal information will be kept confidential on InCard's server.

5. Means and Tools for Users to Access and Edit Their Personal Data
Members have the right to self-check, update, adjust or cancel their personal information by logging into their account and editing personal information or requesting InCard to do so;
Members have the right to send complaints about the quality of goods and delivery time to the Management Board of the InCard website. Upon receiving these feedbacks, InCard will reconfirm the information, in case it is correct as reflected by the member, depending on the level, InCard will have timely handling measures.
6. Commitment to Protecting Customer Personal Information
InCard is committed to absolutely protecting the personal information of members on InCard according to InCard's personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each member's information is only done with the consent of that customer, except for cases otherwise provided by law;
Do not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party any personal information of members without their consent;
In the event that the server storing information is attacked by hackers, leading to the loss of members' personal data, InCard will be responsible for reporting the incident to the investigating authorities for timely handling and notifying members;
Absolutely secure all online transaction information of members, including information on invoices, accounting documents, and digitized documents on InCard;
InCard Management Board requires individuals when registering/purchasing as Members to provide full relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, ID card number, phone number, account number, payment card number, etc., and are responsible for the legality of the above information. InCard Management Board is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to the rights of that member if it considers that all personal information provided by that member during the initial registration is incorrect.

3. Data Sharing: InCard does not share contact data with third parties without explicit user consent. The data is used solely within the platform to improve networking efficiency and user experience .
4. Data Synchronization with Google: When users choose to sync their Google Contacts, InCard provides options to manage and organize these contacts within its CRM-like system. Users can easily export this data or integrate it back into their Google account .
5. Security and Privacy: InCard ensures that all data transferred between Google Contacts and the InCard platform is encrypted and stored securely. Only the user has access to this data, and they have full control over deleting or modifying it at any time .
6. Consent and Control: Users must grant explicit permission for InCard to access their Google Contacts. At any time, users can revoke access or remove synced contacts from the InCard platform .
